UK Shipping Details
Everything we send out is sent out by recorded signed for delivery only and as such, some one will need to be in to sign for it.
We use a variety of different couriers and it will depend largely on weight, value and where its being sent which determines which courier we'll use.
Once an item has been sent out, we email you confirmation of this including the items tracking number and particulars of the couriers.
If no one is about to sign for the item, the couriers should leave a card to say they tried to make a delivery where upon you can phone them and either arrange to collect from your local depot or arrange a second delivery attempt, depending on the courier.
As instructed by us, if the couriers can't deliver an item, they are instructed to hold onto it for approximately a week, where upon if the customer still has not got in contact with them, they will then send it back to us (Return to Sender).
Once we have it back, we will then drop you an email to confirm that we've received it back and will usually, depending on the circumstances require a further shipping fee to re-ship it out again.
We keep as many items in stock as possible and often your order will be delivered within 2-5 days .
However there will be times when products will need to be ordered in. So we do ask all buyers to allow 14 days for delivery

European Deliveries
Deliveries take 3 - 5 working days. For items that are bulky or heavy then an additional charge may be applicable. Please email us providing details of the items required and we will provide a quote for the shipping.

Any person purchasing our products from outside of the UK is the importer to that destination and is responsible for all taxes and/ or special duty payments on all of the products ordered.
We are not responsible for delays in the delivery or customs.
